Difference Between 2017 CR-V LX and 2017 CR-V EX
First, the CR-V LX and CR-V EX are powered by two different engines. The base CR-V LX is powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine with 184 horsepower and the CR-V EX is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 190 horsepower. The EX's turbocharged engine gives the model better fuel efficiency and while the CR-V LX pulls in 26 city mpg and 32 highway mpg*, the EX increases to 28 city mpg and 34 highway mpg*.
Aside from the engine and fuel economy differences, the CR-V LX and CR-V EX differ when it comes to standard features for customers. The LX is the base model but doesn't lack when it comes to equipment. The 2017 CR-V LX features LED running lights, automatic climate control, cruise control, a 5-inch LCD screen, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity.
